The floor plan is good to family who is ready to move in. Los Altos Ave is a very busy street now and your kids will not have a front yard to play. Back yard is clean but not much space. There is a creek behind the house and it states that lot is about 20K but I think usable lot maybe only 13K sqf. The second floor room used as playroom but it is shaking when I walk inside. It is only less than $550/sq-ft in Los Altos where the median is close to $700. It is maintained very well and the interior is dramatic.
